This notice describes information handling on the TJL Solutions LLC corporate website and through its recruiting and business inquiries. It does not describe separate apps or other websites.
Information you provide
When you email TJL, you may provide your name, contact details, resume, work history, job preferences, company information and message. Provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers or sensitive identity documents through the website assistant.
Purpose and disclosure
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate recruiting needs, coordinate applications and provide requested business services. Recruiting may involve sharing relevant candidate information with prospective employers. Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver their services; disclosure may also be required by law. Contact TJL before submitting if you need restrictions on sharing your resume.
Forms and TJL Assistant
The current inquiry forms open your email application with a draft; you decide whether to send it. TJL Assistant uses predefined responses in your browser. Its chat text is not sent to TJL by the assistant code. Use the email contact link to request a personal response.
Browser storage and external services
The site stores your site and assistant language choices in browser local storage. You can clear them in browser settings. Hosting services may receive technical connection data such as IP address and browser details. Google Fonts and TradingView market widgets connect to external providers, which may process connection data or use cookies under their own privacy policies. External source links lead to independently operated websites.
Requests, retention and security
Email TJL to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw from recruiting contact. Available rights and any retention obligations depend on applicable law and the records involved. TJL may need to verify your identity before handling a request. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
