These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and TJL Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the AI Live Translator by TJL mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

The App provides AI-powered language translation features, including live voice translation, text translation, camera-based text translation, and voice recording with transcription. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Billing

• Plans. The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly and Yearly "Pro" plans) that unlock unlimited features.
• Free trial. New subscribers may receive a free trial period (e.g., 3 days). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged automatically when the trial expires.
• Billing. All payments are processed exclusively by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and tax.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices; Apple will notify you and obtain consent as required before a change takes effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers;
• Use the App to record conversations without the consent required by law in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with all recording-consent laws.
• Misrepresent translated content as professional human translation.

5. Translation Accuracy — Important Disclaimer

Machine translation is not perfect. Translations produced by the App may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

• You use translations at your own risk and are solely responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on any translation;
• The App is not a substitute for professional human translation in medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency situations;
• Do not rely on the App in emergencies or for medical, legal, or other high-stakes decisions. Always consult a qualified professional;
• We are not responsible for any misunderstanding, loss, or harm resulting from inaccurate translations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by TJL Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You obtain no ownership rights.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (including Apple for payments, RevenueCat for subscription management, and AI providers for speech and translation processing). Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their services, downtime, or actions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (through Apple) for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater;
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TJL Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, including recording-consent laws; or (d) your reliance on translations produced by the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections 5 and 8–13 survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, USA, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
